  • Insurance: All shipments are fully insured until they reach your doorstep for complete peace of mind.

  • Trusted Couriers: We partner with reliable couriers such as Shiprocket, Bluedart, and Aftership to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

 

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4 business days of confirmation. Customized or personalized products may require additional time, and we will keep you updated throughout the process.

  • Domestic Orders (India): Typically delivered within 7 to 15 days from dispatch.

  • International Orders: Expected delivery time is 20 to 30 days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance requirements.

  • Delays: Timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier efficiency, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Updates will be shared proactively via tracking emails/SMS.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Transparent Pricing: Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, value, and delivery destination.

  • Free Shipping Offers: From time to time, free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value. Any active promotion will be displayed on our website. For details, you can always reach us at support@saccalife.com.

 

Delivery Locations

  • We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide.

  • Orders are delivered only to verified residential or business addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or public spaces such as hotels or malls.

  • The accuracy of your delivery address is essential. Saccalife will not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.

 

Tracking Updates

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time.

  • We continuously update customers with notifications until the package has successfully reached you.

 

At the Time of Delivery

  • ID & Signature: For high-value orders, signature and ID verification may be required. If you are unavailable, a trusted representative may accept the order on your behalf.

  • Missed Deliveries: Our logistic partners typically attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will return to us. Please contact the courier directly or email us at support@saccalife.com if facing issues.

 

Handling Delays (Force Majeure Events)

We strive to meet our timelines, but events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, courier delays, or customs hold-ups) may cause delays. In such cases:

  • Customers will be notified promptly.

  • Saccalife will not be liable for delays caused by these events, but we will make every effort to ensure successful delivery within a reasonable extended timeframe.

 

Refunds for International Orders

  • If an international delivery cannot be successfully completed, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 to 40 days from the date the issue is identified.

  • This policy applies exclusively to international orders.

 

Non-Delivery, Returns & Cancellations

  • Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the expected delivery window, please contact support@saccalife.com immediately for assistance.

  • Return of Damaged or Incorrect Parcels: If products arrive damaged or incomplete, kindly refuse the delivery and inform us immediately with details and photographs. Our Return Policy (as available on the website) will apply.

  • Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
