Return & Exchange Policy
While we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, we cannot guarantee that every request for return, refund, or exchange will be accepted. Saccalife reserves the right to deny any such request if it does not meet the below-mentioned conditions.
Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if your order is damaged during transit or if you have received an incorrect product.

📌 Note: Customers must provide videographic proof (an unboxing video from package opening to product inspection without cuts/edits). This is mandatory for us to evaluate the request. Without such proof, the Company will not process any return or exchange.
Timeframe

Requests for return, refund, or exchange must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with certification (if provided) and packaging intact. Any tampering with the product or packaging will make the request invalid.
Exclusions

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 7-day period.

Personalized, customized, or size-specific products are non-returnable.

Gift cards, sale items, and special promotional products cannot be returned.

📌 Note: Due to the nature of our products and the risk of counterfeits, we cannot accept returns unless valid proof of damage or wrong item is provided.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email regarding the approval or rejection of your request.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment only within 7–10 working days.

Refunds cannot be processed to any other account due to compliance with financial regulations.

Shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer, subject to submission of valid details (cancelled cheque/passbook copy). The customer name and details must match the order records.
Exclusions for Returns/Exchanges
The following will not be considered valid reasons for return or refund:

Change of mind or dislike after purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties, VAT, or other charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

If an international shipment is refused or cancelled after dispatch, all return shipping charges, duties, and taxes will be deducted before any refund is issued.

Refunds for international orders may take 30–40 working days depending on bank and customs processes.
Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit after approval of your return.

If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser’s account only.
